UK’s Domino’s Pizza Group Names New CEO

Domino’s Pizza Group of UK announces Andrew Rennie as new Chief Executive Officer On Thursday 13 July, UK’s Domino’s Pizza Group, which holds rights to own and operate pizza delivery stores in Britain and Ireland, announced Andrew Rennie has been selected as its new chief executive officer, replacing interim Chief Elias Diaz Sese as interim Chief who will remain as non-executive director – according to Milton Keynes-based Domino’s Pizza Group.

Rennie is an experienced executive who has played leadership roles for multiple countries and regions within the Domino’s system, such as being CEO for France & Belgium, Australia/New Zealand & Europe operations of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd in Sydney (owner of international master franchise agreement for Domino’s brand including UK& Ireland), for more than two decades – his tenure saw its market capitalisation soar from 132 Million Australian Dollars to $5.85 Billion during this time.

Domino’s had been reluctant to work with third-party delivery services like Uber in the US until now; beginning this fall they will allow customers to order via Uber’s app in America. Domino’s will continue using uniformed drivers for delivery service as usual while sharing customer data with Uber.
